About the Company
Sage & Soul Therapy and Consulting was established with the vision of fostering hope, renewal, and meaningful connection. The name “Sage” was chosen for its longstanding association with cleansing and restoration—symbolizing a fresh start and the release of what no longer serves us. “Soul” represents the depth and authenticity we bring to our work, reflecting a commitment to supporting the whole person, not just the challenges they face.
The nonprofit sector cultivates a strong sense of community, collaboration, and shared purpose. It provides opportunities to connect people with resources, work in partnership with other organizations, and contribute to meaningful, lasting change. In contrast, the private sector offers the chance to refine one’s clinical expertise, develop specialized services, and work more intensively with clients. Both settings offer valuable perspectives and skills, and Sage and Soul integrates the strengths of each—blending community-minded values with the individualized care of private practice.
Our mission is twofold: to provide high-quality therapy services for individuals, couples, and families, and to partner with organizations through education, training, and consultation on healthy mental health practices. This approach allows us to remain deeply connected to the community while offering clients the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive.
